Currently serving as Second Line Support Engineer since April 2024 and First Line Team Leader since January 2025. Previously held roles as Senior First Line Support (2021–2024) and First Line Support (2020–2021).
Achievements
Hold Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award and King Scout Award. Previously worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Teacher, demonstrating my commitment to community service and teamwork.

Home Lab
I've built a comprehensive home lab featuring Ubiquiti UniFi networking (USG Ultra gateway, WiFi 7 access points), a QNAP NAS for backup, Hyper-V virtualization server, and various containerised services. Includes media management via Plex, Veeam backups, and a dedicated test environment on Proxmox—all managed through UniFi Network Controller with VLAN segmentation.
